BUFFALO CHICKEN -
8 oz. Chicken breast lightly floured and deep fried. Tossed in our red wing sauce, served on a toasted bun with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and bleu cheese dressing.

THE SLOCUM -
Spicy seasoned, grilled chicken breast, dipped in buffalo sauce, topped with roasted red peppers. Served on a brioche bun with a side of ranch dressing. Grilled veggies and dipping sauce are extra.

GRILLED CHICKEN -
Marinated breast of chicken grilled to perfection. Served on a bun with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and a side of pesto mayo.

PULLED PORK -
A half pound of pulled pork, smoked over oak, apple and hickory for 7 hours, and topped with mild or hot BBQ sauce. Served with a dill pickle and Cole slaw on the side.

SHRIMP POORBOY -
Cajun seasoned, golden fried shrimp served on a toasted French roll with shredded lettuce, tomato and remoulade sauce.

CATFISH POORBOY

Marinated catfish filet, lightly floured, deep fried and served on a garlic toasted French roll. Topped with shredded lettuce, tomato and a remoulade sauce.
